"How did this happen!" Iritome exclaimed to himself. Why, he had only arrived in Agriba a few days prior, but it was too much for him to handle. The lights, the people, the pastry shops... They were all just so intriguing, all deserving a good examination. He hadn't meant to destroy the mercantile sector of the city, but with the soldiers and all the running... Well, none of it mattered anymore. He was gone finally, out in the woods to the west of the village. Here there was no-one to bother, nothing to worry about, and he hadn't come across anyone save an old lumberjack who he easily "disposed" of. He promised himself that he would never enter a city again; both he had ever been exposed to hated him now, and he was sure the rest of the country despised he as well. I no longer mattered to him anymore, nothing about society or this life. The food he had gotten from the old man's house was a decent supply for now, but he was certain he could manage. And anyone who bugged him... well, he would be alone in life, or so he thought.
