Role Play rules

Part One - General Roleplay

1. Do not post in an actual RP until your character is approved by me(or, eventually, a moderator in the character approvement thread).
   
   
2. No Spam! No saying the same thing over and over, gibberish, or any intrusive comments. >:/
   
   
3. Keep it PG-13. You know what I mean.
   
   
4. Hate-Based RPs, or anything that's negatively directed towards anyone, are not allowed.
   
   
5. Don't copy anyone else's RP/OC from anywhere!
   
   
6. No Flaming, Trolling, or Harassment of any kind.
   
   
7. What happens in character, stays in character. Always remember that you are not your character, and that other people aren't their characters either. Even if your characters don't get along, please respect the player. The inverse is also true; keep personal issues between players away from the RP.
   
   
8. A special power(such as a Devil Fruit or a Bloodline Trait) can only be used in one character within the entire RP forum. Please check to make sure the ability you want hasn't been used yet in the character creation thread.
   
   
   
9. When writing a characters dialog, have the talking be in a separate color. For instance:
   
   

   RPer wrote:

   One day, as Wayne was walking down the street, he saw his good friend Garth.
   "Hello, Garth!", Wayne said.

Part Two - Combat Roleplay


1. Don't make your character too much like a God. It's no fun if someone is impossible to beat.

2. When posting, don't control the actions of other characters.

3. Only one character per story arc. (This does not apply to NPCs.)

4. In the event that your character should get in a fight with someone else, do not automatically hit someone. Give your opponent a fair chance to dodge the attack.

5. Likewise, if your character is being attacked, and there is no way for your character to avoid being hit, just take the blow. If you think you've lost, accept your defeat.

6. No killing another person's character without your victims permission. Severe wounds are OK, though.[/font]
