Well. If you do the math, the 300th post is at the END of the 20th page. the first post on the 21st is the 301th post. So he does not win. But if you want to hand over your glory i dont mind.

no, it isn't. Each page can hold up to 15 posts, and the first post doesn't count in the tallies because it comes into being with the thread. therefore, the first post on page 21 wins. :]

Germ does win. The game is to get the 300th POST, not the 300th REPLY. Note that the numbers listed next to the thread title are REPLIES, not posts. Topic post counts as a post, but not a reply. Any other post counts as a post and as a reply as well.
